Syed Saim Ahmed is a scholarship student of Master M2 in Medical Device Engineering at Polytech, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, France. He completed his BE in Biomedical Engineering (Washington Accord, Level 2) at Salim Habib University, Karachi on a 100% merit-based scholarship. His research interests include intelligent medical devices, wearable biosensors, computer-aided diagnostics, and sustainable MedEngPreneurship.

Prof. Norbert Noury

Full Professor, University of Lyon — France

Norbert Noury is a full professor at the University of Lyon, France, teaching the electronics and physics of medical devices. His research covers connected health sensors, assisted-living environments, and the science of medical-device regulation. He has guided 30 PhD students (21 directions), authored 300+ scientific papers (h-index 38 Google Scholar, 29 Scopus), holds 21 patents, and co-founded two start-ups: Physiotel (1990) and VIGILIO (2008). He is a recognized expert for the European Commission, French ANR, and HCERES.
